Pamela
Pike Gordinier has been awarded membership in the CT Academy
of Fine Arts, Copley Society of Boston, and CT Watercolor
Society. Her work has been acquired by corporations such as:
Pfizer, Travelers Insurance, Northeast Utilities, Soloman
Brothers and Southern New England Telephone.
As an
educator for over thirty years her teaching has focused on
de-mystifying the language of art and providing an
environment for student exploration. Teaching collaborations
have included the AVS Gallery @ UCONN, Mystic Art Center &
Lyman Allyn Art Museum. Classes are given in her Lords Hill
Studio, minutes from Long Island Sound or on-sight
locations, such as Block Island, RI.
